Privacy Policy
Effective August 28, 2026
Omenote is designed local-first. The short version: your data stays on your device, and we don't want it.
What Omenote stores — and where
Everything Omenote knows about you is stored only on your device:
- Your preferences (notification time, themes, appearance, typeface).
- Your daily message history and saved messages.
- Your journal. Reflections you write never leave your phone. They are not synced, uploaded, analyzed, or read by anyone — including us.
Omenote does not require an account, and there is nothing to sign up for.
What we don't do
- No analytics or tracking SDKs.
- No advertising, and no advertising identifiers.
- No selling, sharing, or renting of data — there is no data to sell.
- No reading of your journal, ever.
Notifications
The daily notification is scheduled locally on your device using Apple's local-notification system. Notification content never passes through our servers — we don't have servers.
Purchases
Omenote Plus subscriptions are processed entirely by Apple through your Apple ID. We never see or store your payment details. Apple's handling of that data is described in Apple's Privacy Policy.
If you email us
If you choose to send feedback to support@omenoteapp.com, we receive your email address and whatever you write. We use it only to reply to you, and we don't add it to any list.
Deleting your data
Because everything lives on your device, deleting the app deletes your data. There is no copy anywhere else to ask us about.
Children
Omenote is not directed at children under 13 and collects no personal information from anyone.
Changes to this policy
If a future version of Omenote ever changes any of this — for example, optional sync — the change will be clearly explained here and in the app, and it will always be opt-in.
